获取一个或多个共享存储用户访问账号

可根据访问账号 ID，账号类型，账号名称来获取账户的列表。 如果不指定任何过滤条件，默认返回你所拥有的所有账户列表。 如果指定不存在的账户 ID，或非法状态值，则会返回错误信息。
